Founded in May 2019, located in the new planning area of Equipment Manufacturing IndustrialPark, Qingshan District, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, the company mainly engages inR&D, processing, manufacturing, and sales of Czochralski monocrystalline silicon ingot and relevant products. By 2022, it held the capacity of 35GW monocrystalline crystal pulling and 25GW slicing. Additionally, it planned to build an "annual output of 40GW monocrystalline silicon crystal pulling and supporting production project".
Founded in January 2022, located in Jinshan Industrial Park, Guyang County, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangji Automation, mainly engaged in R&D, production, and sales of industrial silicon and polysilicon. The "new energy industry integration project" under the corporate planning is a major industrial project in Jiangsu Province, including "annual output of 25GW monocrystalline silicon slices and 24GW N-type high-efficiency cells", and the project was launched in August 2022. As an important part of Shangji’s PV industrial chain layout, the construction of Xuzhou Base will further scale up the existing slice business, expand the downstream industrial chain, and build high-efficiency crystalline silicon cell capacity.
